How have you been?
I was away in Taipei for the past week... It was one of the most relaxing holidays i ever had. The people are so warm & polite... the country so easy to navigate & everyone speaks Mandarin so we did not feel out of place at all. I always felt i spoke good Mandarin but 9 out of 10 people thought we were from Hong Kong so i guess i need to brush up more!
I went with my mum & we soaked in hot springs, set fireworks along the coast, explored mountain gorges, stuffed ourselves silly with junk food at the night markets & fell in love with the Taiwanese people.
As with all vacations, i am so busy with post-vacay stuff but I will share with you my story very soon!
