let's go back to paris

Today has been a most disappointing end to an otherwise beautiful week in Paris.
So i say let's go back to Paris shall we?

L'Opera is always grand & worth a picture.

Looking for a supermarket thats open on Sunday in Paris? Presque impossible.
Unless you live in this charming quartier close to Les Halles.

It was also Fete de la Musique on 21 June.. so the quartier Montorgueil was packed with street musicians.

Very vibrant.. If i had the chance, i would love to live here.
But i'm told that Rue Montorgueil is prime real estate in Paris... very expensive.
Even Japanese food there has to be chic & overpriced.

But still, yummy!!!

Also did some shopping at the Marais... lovely district for shopping.

If you are like me a fan of APC and Sandro, don't miss this famous street!

Lovely boutique & gallery at Tsumori chisato.. a wishing tree..

I love this bistro..

champagnepout thinks she can rule Paris by just 3 things- metro map, passport, cash. haha.

I seriously could eat bread & cheese everyday.

Lovely hotel room. With Hermes toiletries!

Imagine walking past this carousel everyday on the way to work!

La Defense is the business district of Paris... an area blessed with sunshine & cool winds most of the day.
I see happy working people everyday having lunch outside on the steps, by the little pool..

But somehow, this carousel just captures my imagination & fascinates me.
It's like a whole other world once you step on it.
My favorite part is always the stairs.

Happy weekend & come monday, i really am going again to Paris :)
