On our way to a late lunch, i fell in love with a shop display.
and the blue sky over l'Opera. This is my favourite place in Paris because quite simply, it is to me the heart of the city. It was also the first place in Paris i visited 7 years ago.. sitting in Cafe de la paix, eating for the first time a croque-monsieur, staring in wide-eyed wonder at everything.
Uniqlo invades Paris. Not so much a fan (i only like their underwear & jeans) but interesting to see a Japanese brand creating such a buzz on precious French real estate just opposite Galeries lafayette. We queued up alongside fashionistas & geeks & housewives & tourists.
Free bag for every shopper. Whoopee. I got Serene the same Coach purse i have cos she said she liked it & i figured i would miss her birthday. Loves!
New bag i adore... will be overusing it this winter.
I cannot believe it, but we somehow ended up having Korean food at the same restaurant both days.
Parisian service sucks but I don't really care, as long as my soondobu comes piping hot with an egg inside.
